Managing Your Account & Setting up 2FA

We firmly believe that security features like 2 factor authentication shouldn't be an "optional extra"!

All users can turn on 2 factor authentication through the 'Personal Settings' menu available by clicking on your name at the top right of the portal.

On that page, click "Enable Two-Factor Authentication", then follow the prompts. Security Colony 2FA works with Google Authenticator (information available here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Google_Authenticator) - it is also possible to use other compatible 2FA authentication applications (e.g. Microsoft Authenticator).
 
Once set up, you'll be prompted for the token value after entering your UserID & Password at logon.
