All organisations that have subscribed to either a Core or Enterprise account have access to full-access user accounts.
There are two ways you can be given access to your organization's full-access account;
- Use the company's subscription "Organization Code"
- Ask your organization's administrator to send you an invitation
1. Use the company's subscription "Organization Code"
If your organisation has already purchased a paid subscription, you should sign up for a 'free' account on the Security Colony at www.securitycolony.com.
Then, click on your name in the top right of the page and select "Join an organisation". You will then need to enter your organisation code and click "Join". The administrator of your organisation's paid account can then choose to add you to the organisation's account. You will need to obtain your organisation code from your organisation's paid account administrator. For further information on how they can obtain the organisation code, click here.
Once you've made the request, the Organisation Admin will receive an email notifying them. They can then access the "User Management" page, and either Approve or Reject your request.
2. Ask your organization's administrator to send you an invitation
Speak with your company's account administrator and ask them to send you an invitation. To do that, they will go to their Account Management menu on the top right corner of the Security Colony page and click on the "Use Management" menu item. On that page they will find a button "Send an Invitation"
Once the invitation is sent, the invitee will receive an email. In that email will be a link to click and that will take you to the login page. Following the procedure through the process will bring you on to the organization's full-access account.
