All organisations that have subscribed to a paid account have access to five (5) full-access user accounts and the ability to buy additional user slots as required.

If your organisation has already purchased a paid subscription, you should sign up for a 'free' account on the Security Colony at

Then, click on your name in the top right of the page and select "Join an organisation". You will then need to enter your organisation code and click "Join". The administrator of your organisation's paid account can then choose to add you to the organisation's account. You will need to obtain your organisation code from your organisation's paid account administrator. For further information on how they can obtain the organisation code, click here.


Once you've made the request, the Organisation Admin will receive an email notifying them.  They can then access the "User Management" page, and either Approve or Reject your request.
