If you're having difficulty using the Security Colony and something isn't working as expected, you can raise a support ticket and we'll get back to you ASAP with an answer.

You can raise a support ticket in the Security Colony portal and the Help Center by clicking on the "Need Help?" widget in the lower right of the screen.

The help widget pops up with a "Knowledge Base" tab and a "Contact" tab. Click on the "Contact" tab and details of the issue can be entered and an attachment uploaded if required.

In case the help widget cannot be accessed, you can also send a support request to [email protected] and we will get back to you ASAP.

This status page provides real-time updates as to the current operational status of Security Colony and its individual components (including the Resource Library, Vendor Risk Assessment and Breach Intelligence tools).
